How can I delete my Affiliate Account?

To request the deletion of your affiliate account, please submit a ticket on the Service Desk > Request to Delete Affiliate Account

Note: Please ensure that the email address used to create the ticket matches the one registered on DCMnetwork for your affiliate account. It is important to note that an affiliate account cannot be deleted if there is any pending balance in respective account, as certain conditions apply*.

The expected time for completion of the account deletion process is approximately 3-5 business days.
