How can I request to Add or Remove Users from my Affiliate Account?

If you would like to add a new user or remove an existing user from your affiliate account, please submit a ticket on the Service Desk > Request to Update Users on My Affiliate Accountin any of the following conditions:

  • Add New User
  • Remove existing user
  • Update email address on existing affilaite account

Note: Please ensure that the email address used to create the ticket matches the one either registered/existing users on DCMnetwork associated with your affiliate account, as certain conditions apply*.

The expected time for completion of your request process is approximately 1-2 business days.
