How to Reset Your DCMnetwork Account Password

DCMnetwork provides access to three platforms. Password setup and reset are handled directly from each platform’s login page.

Codes Hub

  1. Go to the Codes Hub login page

  2. Click Forgot password

  3. Enter your registered email address (the email you used to sign up and create your account)

  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password

Links Hub

  1. Go to the Links Hub login page

    https://dcm.hasoffers.com/login

  2. Click Forgot password

  3. Enter the same email address used for your Codes Hub account

  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password

Support Service Desk

  1. Go to the Support Service Desk login page

    https://dcm-inc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/user/login

  2. Enter the same email address used for your Codes Hub account

  3. Click Reset password

  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password
